Located in Jacksonville, FL, Hairstylist Jasmine Dixon is making her way in the curly hair industry. From Coily to curly to wavy, Jasmine has her hands on it. She's setting a huge influence in the way that women with curly hair are seen and making sure that they always love their curls no matter how big or small they are.
