Project Statement:
Anxiety, the three stage process: Living with it, The Attack, and The Take over.  
     STAGE ONE; "Living with it," on a normal day it is lingering, seeking out a moment of weakness. 
     STAGE TWO; "The Attack," the body starts to react, trying to find a way out, trying to find clarity.
     STAGE THREE; "The take over," when the body has had enough, it starts to break down, it feels so tight it can barely move, yet everything around seems clear and calm.
